Today when I happened to visit the website of Unitedworld School of Business, I discovered that it was hacked.
The message read “HaCkEd By VM HaCkEr” “* Egyptian HaCkEr *” .
Below is the screenshot of the page that appeared if you typed www.unitedworld.in today.
An exact search on Google for the term “HaCkEd By VM HaCkEr” displays more than 1900 results. I believe many websites have been hacked by this Egyptian HaCkEr in the recent past. A majority of these websites are built on the WordPress publishing platform and a couple of them on Joomla.
After doing a reverse IP lookup and checking a few websites hosted on the same server as unitedworld.in, I found that another website on the www.abhishekrungta.com was hacked in a similar fashion and most of the websites on this particular server are reported as “attack pages”
Now lets see how soon Unitedworld School of Business website comes back to its original form; and whether or not the B – School admits publicly that they were hacked!
